Learning how to dress for your body type so you can find clothes that will flatter your shape and improve your body image - Investing in some new pieces that will elevate your wardrobe.
Style is about self-expression and it’s a powerful tool because it gives you the freedom to truly appreciate and express who you are in such a unique and creative way. We could all use a confidence boost, which is why personal style can be the thing that helps us feel like ourselves again. We all deserve to know our worth, and we all deserve to feel good about our bodies no matter our shape or size.
As a result of feeling more confident, it’ll start to push you out of your comfort zone and inspire you to do things that you always wished you had the confidence to do! This is the best thing you can do for yourself because there is so much beauty to be found in life when you challenge yourself to grow. This is how self-love happens.
